Danny Newman did a great job. Danny and I were looking at the job around the house. Danny told me that they would put a PVC door under the crawlspace. When the installers were doing the work I checked with them about the PVC door and they didn't see it on the work order. I called Danny and he said that he remembered saying that and checked his notes to be sure and it was there. He put in the order for the PVC door right then. Danny had more to do with my satisfaction than the installers because he had more to do with keeping the promises he made to me and making sure I was satisfied every time. - Jun 03, 2015 in Durham, NC
