I was most satisfied that it was presented so well. The person who came out and did the presentation was really good. He answered all of our questions. Everyone we came into contact with was really good. They were outstanding about telling us what was going to happen and what they were going to do. We noticed some droplets on the gutters and we didn't quite understand what had happened there, so we called them about it. They told us that does happen sometimes but if it continued to happen for thirty days or so to get back in touch with them. They have been very good about following up with us.
