Thank you so much for the Gift Certificate to the Outback restaurant. We didn’t expect it at all. When we told Denise she should contact you, it was because we had had such a good experience with you when our work was done.

But it’s nice to know that some businesses do more than make the sale and forget you after that. You have a good product, treat your customers with respect, and make people keep on appreciating how you conduct your business.

Preparing your roof now for the high winds and rain of hurricane season may prevent damage and expensive repairs in the upcoming months. Check for loose or damaged shingles and seal around flashings, chimneys, or vent pipes if necessary. Also inspect your drainage system for loose or clogged gutters and downspouts.

When replacing your roof, take a look at your siding when selecting a roof color. Consider choosing a roof shingle with color granules that match your current siding color, so you can create a unified exterior.

Windows can be one of your home’s most attractive features, but they can also account for 10 to 25 percent of your electric bills. If you have single-pane windows, consider replacing them with double-pane windows with high-performance glass. This will help lower electric bills and make your home more energy efficient.
