★★★★★ I can't say enough about how great the Aluminum Co. of NC is when it comes to working with their customers to insure their services meet the customer's needs. I give them an A+, starting with information gathering to understand exactly what the customer wants, to paying attention to every detail during installation, and ending with providing excellent payment options. They work together as a well trained team confirming that everything meets the customers expectations throughout the process.Areas Of Satisfaction: What I found to be most impressive, in addition to the excellent service received, was that I never felt pressured to do anything that I hadn't planned on initially. Suggestions were offered, but I felt very free to take or not take them. Likewise, when we realized the gutter helmet wasn't exactly what we thought it would be, there was no problem doing a work order change to drop it from the installation. No one tried to convince us we really needed to have these.Recognized Excellence: It is quite difficult to recognize one person since everyone I dealt with was so personable and helpful from start to finish. It was a genuine pleasure getting to know everyone along the way, from Ryan in sales, to Steven and the installation crew, and right on through to Jarid and Sami.
