We felt he was completely invested in understanding our needs and wants in new windows, even going so far as to investigate a window brand we asked about that isn't normally carried by Aluminum Company. He fully explained the pros and cons of each type of window. When he came to our house to review our situation, we felt he gave us very honest answers and useful opinions. At no time did we feel pressured to purchase our windows from Aluminum Company, but based on the personal references that sent us there in the first place plus the salesmanship of Patrick, we felt very comfortable selecting Aluminum Company for our large purchase.Once the contract was signed, Patricia was in contact several times, first to schedule a visit by Michael, their Measuring Specialist, and then to keep us apprised of the timing status. The windows arrived on schedule and we received a call immediately thereafter to schedule the installation. Martin, the installer, was professional, pleasant, and conscientious. We purchased 17 new windows and the installation job was complete in just over a full day. Shortly thereafter, June called to schedule a walk-through with Jared, their Project Manager.We have had two minor questions since the walk-through. As promised by Patrick during the sales process, when we contacted him with our questions, he responded immediately and had our questions addressed in short order.While we did not purchase the type of windows for which we were originally searching, we are very pleased with the look of our new windows and, considering the customer service reputation of Aluminum Company and the warranty provided, feel that we purchased the best value for our money. We fully expect to be completely satisfied with our windows for years to come.Review from Mary D.
