★★★★★ Use Comments: During the process of scheduling there were some delays with materials arriving. This was in no part because of the Aluminum Company. They continued to keep us informed on when the materials would arrive and when the work would be completed. Also, when putting up our new gutters the crew noticed a color difference between the pieces and immediately came to get us and show us. The difference in the shade of color was minimal, but I appreciated that they took the time to notice and get it correct instead of moving forward with the idea that we wouldn't notice. This incident showed us their concern for the customer and making sure that they are doing quality work. All the crews were professional and respectful of our property.Areas Of Satisfaction: Overall professionalism, quality of work, and pride in the work. I felt like each crew treated my house as their own and were respectful of our property.Recognized Excellence: Jared Weening was helpful in explaining the process and recommended placing on larger gutters than what the builder had installed. He explained how it would help prevent the overflow issues we have during heavy rainfalls. I never felt like it was an up-sale but instead a true recommendation to make something better.Review from Sean M.
