I am thoroughly satisfied. I spoke with Jeff Monsine about the problem I was having. Some of the shingles had come loose and cluttered the no-clutter gutters. He promised he'd send someone out, and he did. Someone came exactly when they said they would, and did exactly what they needed to do. One interesting thing I have found is that squirrels actually eat through the aluminum sheeting. Overall I am highly pleased. Jeff Monsine was excellent to work with. - Feb 19, 2013 in Durham, NC
