I was satisfied with the service and the products. This is the second time I have had a window break. They have always given good service. About 5 or 6 years ago I remember being very impressed when the owner of Aluminum Company came out here personally. I was really impressed that the owner of a company as big as Aluminum Company would come out here. That just about blew my mind. I was very impressed that gets involved. So many big companies are not like that. The owners and executives just sit in the office all day. For the owner to actually get into the field is pretty impressive.
