Your company finished the replacement windows, vinyl siding and sun room addition last week. Kenny and his gutter crew just finished some follow-up work on a gutter today and I wanted to take this opportunity to express my thanks for the efforts of your company personnel.
As you may recall when we spoke about your company doing the job I told you that the major reasons that I chose you were quality work, quality products and customer service. Talk is cheap. But the fact that you asked for no money upfront and said “pay me when you are satisfied” said volumes about your integrity and company.
I want to let you know that the crews that worked on our house were extremely professional, friendly and went out of their way to ensure that we were happy and satisfied with their efforts. They always answered our questions and made sure that things were done right.
The on-site crew consisted of Chris who was in charge of the crew. Along with Chris there were three others that did most of the work; Ray, Randy and Chris Riley. I have nothing but praise for all of them. They worked hard, they were friendly and answered questions when asked and all went out of their way to make the process as easy as possible with minimal disruptions of our normal routine. Patrick, who was the project manager, was always available, always helpful and went out of his way to solve problems before the became “real” problems.
We were concerned about the gutter reinstall after hearing horror stories from our neighbors about their gutter work. However, Kenny and his crew were outstanding and, if anything, seemed to make the gutters better than they were. They reinstalled the gutter without cutting a hole in our deck. When we had one section that was leaking he was responsive and came back and fixed it even after I had paid you for the work. That is customer service.
Finally, I am always concerned about subcontractors. We had one small incident that was resolved before it became a problem. Both Patrick and Rick Cassidy were talking to me within minutes of my concern.
I was impressed with Larry and the electrical work, Lucas and the painting and Mike and the flooring work. All did an excellent job and again went out of their way to make me happy.
Please pass on to all those involved Sheila’s and my appreciation for their efforts. I am sure that when you do this for a living and go from job to job it becomes routine. Trust me. It is not routine for the family whose home you are invading and tearing up---before you fix it up. Your personnel made the experience acceptable and we love the results.
