- Cover window & door trim/casings in maintenance-free vinyl
- Wrap overhangs & eaves in maintenance-free vinyl
- Perform thorough project clean-up
HardiePlank siding installation process:
- Remove all existing siding
- Check for deteriorated structural woodwork
- Replace any deteriorated structural woodwork (not included in initial estimate)
- Cover house in HardieWrap weather barrier & flashing
- Install HardiePlank siding
- Wrap widow & door trim/casings in maintenance-free material
- Wrap eaves, overhang, fascia & soffit in maintenance-free material
- Perform thorough project clean-up
