Craftsmanship and Attention to Detail

I would like to take this opportunity to thank your company for the excellent job replacing my old windows with vinyl windows. Not only is the quality of the windows apparent, but the workmanship shown during the installation was, without a doubt, much better than I had ever hoped for. To our family Steve K. was a valued craftsman and someone we could put our faith and trust in. Our 50-year old log home certainly presented certain problems and "peculiarities," but Steve took them all in stride and turned out a beautiful finished product. In addition to his craftsmanship and attention to detail, I was also impressed with the way he expressed his satisfaction with, and loyalty to, The Aluminum Co. That sense of job satisfaction seems to be a rarity these days. If the other folks at your company feel this way (and I'm sure they do,) it's easy to see why you are able to maintain such a successful organization.
